❄️ Air Conditioning & Plumbing
Air Conditioning: While home, set to 24–25°C auto. When leaving, set to 26°C auto. Keep all doors, sliders, and screens closed/locked to conserve energy and keep bugs out.
Plumbing Note: Costa Rica systems are sensitive. Please do not flush toilet paper or paper products. Waste baskets are provided beside each toilet for tissue.
🏖️ Beach Rinse & Towels
Rinse Hose: Located beside the carport for rinsing sandy feet, beach gear, toys, and coolers. There is also a shower in the pool cabana.
Towels: White and light green towels are for bathroom use inside the condo. Blue striped towels are provided for the pool and beach.
📋 Checkout Checklist
✓ Turn AC OFF & set all room fans to medium
✓ Turn off all lights
✓ Place dirty dishes in dishwasher & start cycle
✓ Empty all garbage into chutes (West side)
✓ Leave beds unmade & towels on bathroom floor
✓ Turn freezer ice maker to the OFF position
✓ Lock door when leaving

A wonderful place for a memorable beachfront evening with cocktails and spectacular sunsets. Arrive early for a front-row seat as the sun sets over the Pacific.
☕ Beach Dog Cafe
Our favorite breakfast and coffee spot for smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and lunch. Service is leisurely and relaxed—embrace the Pura Vida speed!

A lively local favorite serving fresh tacos, margaritas, and Mexican-inspired dishes with daily specials.
🍹 Olga's Beach Bar
Relaxed beachfront dining featuring fresh seafood, tropical drinks, and beautiful sunset ocean views.

Excellent Italian cuisine with fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza. Perfect for families or a quiet evening out.

A scenic mountaintop restaurant overlooking the coastline. One of our favorite places to watch the sunset from high above town.
